Cancellation/ Refund Policy
All orders are handmade by our team within 10-15 working days excluding weekends, and then delivered as signed/ tracking worldwide.
As our clothing are made to order, the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun and your order can no longer be cancelled as they are made uniquely for you, they are non-returnable.
Please note that we do not offer refunds as all our garments are made according to your measurements and built to fit you - and no one else. Unless if any of the measurements that relate to the measurements provided are incorrect by longer or shorter than 3cm, please contact admin@adenveils.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
If as a result of inaccurate measuring by us and the items have to be returned for alterations; we take responsibility for the cost of return shipments under the condition that you return the custom-made product in the same packaging as it was delivered in and send with the cheapest possible Signed/Tracking shipping method.
Otherwise, you can find your nearest local tailor for alternation. The customer will need to inform us of the cost before going ahead; once we are satisfied with the quote and the alteration has been made, the customer would need to send us a copy of the receipt to admin@adenveils.com, we will then issue the refund.
We ask that you're sure about your colour choice and all measurements are selected accurately as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect measurements ordered.
The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.

Half Niqabs
In interests of hygiene and for the protection of our customers, We consider Half Niqabs to be a hygiene product that cannot be returned.
Products
We endeavour to ensure our product descriptions are correct however there may be some colour deviance and small deviances in size tolerance while in the production process which are considered acceptable manufacturing tolerances and these are a tolerance of +3cm & -3cm.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Please also note that as with all lightweight fabrics the material is not 100% opaque.
Delivery
Delivery is made with Standard Signed Tracking with Royal Mail and is usually delivered within the timescales listed below.
UK Delivery Mainland UK Standard Delivery - Track & Sign (2-5 Working Days) approx from £4.00 - UK Standard Signed Delivery is made with Royal Mail and is usually delivered within 3-5 working days after your garment/s have been made.
Europe (Europe, Republic of Ireland) Standard Delivery - Track & Sign (3-10 Working Days) approx from £12.10 - Europe (Europe, Republic of Ireland) Standard Delivery - Track & Sign is made with Royal Mail and is usually delivered within approximately 10 working days after your garment/s have been made.
USA & Rest of the World Standard Delivery - Track & Sign (4-12 Working Days) approx from £19.80 - USA & Rest of the World Standard Delivery - Track & Sign is made with Royal Mail and is usually delivered within approximately 10 - 15 working days
Please note: The delivery times listed above are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances. The delivery times cannot be guaranteed and in addition, we cannot be held accountable for any loses, delays, incorrect address details or client not able to accept delivery.
Unclaimed orders will be given to charity after an unsuccessful attempt in contacting the client.
Processing
Our processing times are currently 10 working days, excluding weekends, Eid and public holidays. A working day is Monday-Friday (excludes Weekends, Eid and public holidays).
International Import Duty / Custom Fees
Import/ Custom fees are subject to countries outside the United Kingdom. Costs vary depending on the country your order is being delivered to. We don’t know how much these fees are as they vary. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for these costs. Should you fail to pay these fees and your order is sent back to us, we can arrange a re-delivery however the customer will have to pay for re-delivery.
